Great Product, Great Service

I initially bought the American 110V version but promptly received an e-mail asking if I meant to order this 220V version since my shipping address was in Australia. Good catch guys! I changed my order to the correct 220V Swash 1000 and received my bidet in 5 days. It is a fantastic addition to my bathroom and my family loves it. Couldn't be happier with the bidet or the service I received from BidetsPlus.

GOOD FOR BAD BACK AND HIPS

I was suffering badly due to scoliosis in my lower spine and two hip replacements. Bought a bidet on the recommendation of my Doctor, and as we live in Australia it was quite a gamble buying it on line, sight unseen. However, bought what you recommended and it is perfect and has been a great help in helping me to handle the pain. I am needing a lot fewer pain killers and it is better for me than popping pills! It leaves me wondering why they are not universally installed in all new bathrooms, although I do find that most people think it is a bit of a giggle! Would highly recommend this produce and also Bidets Plus. Thank you so much for your help.

Had a Toto S300 110v running off a step down transformer before but this model measures up well, is more sturdier than the Toto and was available in a 220/240v version, good value for money, the Toto lasted me 9 years so lets see how well the Brondell does.

We live in Australia and bidets are really not that common. I was looking for something that would help my husband, who has a chronic back problem. I researched bidets and was surprised to find the features on this model were amazing.
After placing my order I received it in 10 days. Knowing that my husband was unable to install, I decided to give it a try.
After a good read of instructions, I found it quite easy. I must say I was proud of myself. So Ladies "If I can do it , anyone
can do it." The only thing I must mention is that we had to have a power point installed next to the toilet. Happy Shopping!
