Shipping

All orders are shipped within one business day.  In rare circumstances, it may take up to two business days in some cases.

Heavy, bulkier items such as the Bio Bidet Prodigy Integrated Bidet & Toilet will be shipped via White Glove Delivery Service.  Please see special Bio Bidet Prodigy shipping and return policies.

United States & Canada

Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders $99.00+ to the continental 48 U.S. States and Canada (AK & HI – $40 flat rate).  $4.95 flat rate on orders < $99.00.  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped primarily via UPS Ground.  Depending on your location, UPS Ground will take approximately 2 to 7 business days.  FedEx and USPS Priority Mail may also be used as an alternate shipping method.

Bidet seats marked with the BP Express Ship designation on the product page, can typically be delivered to you within 2 business days for FREE!  Click here for program details.

Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when your bidet has shipped.

Returns

Bidets are personal hygienic devices.  As such, bidets which have been installed and/or used cannot be returned. However – some bidets come with a 30 Day Trial and of course those seats can be returned for any reason, used or not.  You can learn more about our 30 Day Trial here.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) will need to be obtained from us, prior to returning the shipment.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, and all accessories and installation parts must be included or a 15% re-stocking fee may apply.  The eligible return period for all products shall expire after 60 days. 

The issue most often cited for a return request is not fitting on the toilet.  On each of our product pages, we have included product specification sheets and a “Will This Bidet Seat Fit My Toilet” guide to assist you in making this determination.  Please feel free to call us before placing your order so we can assist you.  If you notice fitting issues after receiving your bidet, please call us immediately and we will help you resolve.  Read our testimonials to hear about our exceptional Customer Care Team – we have never left our customers in a bad or unfair situation, and we never will.
