  1. Very strong

This safety frame or set of arms are high quality. It is extremely stable and even has a magazine rack. If you are using the 3" toilet seat riser this safety frame is a little low. It doesn't have any height adjustment on it either. It is very easy to put together and requires no tools. If the height was adjustable it would be perfect but it still works ok.

  2. Nice

Works great. Only issue we have is a need to balance because the carpeting comes too close on one side of toilet and it sits half on carpet and half on tile. Otherwise very nice.

  3. Need a little help getting up off the seat?

The frame was easy to build, just a few minutes to assemble.
I did find it quite slippery on a linoleum floor and did not feel comfortable letting my client take that risk, so bought a few of those silicone bumpers that come on a card with adhesive on the bumper when removed from the card. That really stabilized the system.

An aside, I ordered it from Bidets Plus and it came in an unopened package but all the screws (and they are special type) were not in the carton. I called Bidets Plus and they immediately shipped out the screws with an apology even though they could not have known the parts were missing. I suspect it was a rare occurrence and will probably buy another when the need arises, I am a handyman by trade.
