• Customer shall be responsible for return shipping fees (approx $25 via UPS Ground).

• Exchange requests due to "customer error" (e.g., customer orders incorrect seat size/color) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a separate fee may apply.  Please make sure you order the correct size/color.
